Who is your friend?
It appears that your gear score is below our guild average, but you can continue to work on upgrading pieces little by little. I did see the following things that could be improved immediately:
1) Upgrade your shoulder enchant (Sons of Hodir in Storm Peaks)
2) Get a belt buckle. This will provide you with an extra gem socket.
3) Your boots appear to be not enchanted.
Also, let it be known, Odium currently is very melee heavy & you might not have a guaranteed spot. We did have a 4th 10m ICC group, but it recently was canceled due to the lack of active members wanting to go.
I would say, if you were to join Odium, that you would have to continue to join PUG ICC content & work on being a member of Odium (getting to know other guild members, running heroics, farming items for the G-bank, etc). This will build your friendship with the guild & who knows what is going to happen when Cata is finally released.
If you are ok with this coming into the guild, I would like to offer you a spot with Odium. You joining would be more of a recruit for Cata than current content.
