| Approved, pending 1 more officer approval. You will also need to be able to join a "vent interview" so we can get to know you a little more, ask you some additional questions, & to just see if you have vent & can talk (if needed).
We are currently recruiting for Cataclysm content. However, we might have a spot for you in one of our current groups (group 3). When we spoke in game, I didn't know that you had only been 80 for a couple of days.
With the current content that Odium is raiding, I hate seeing any gear below level 245. With that being said, you got some work ahead of you & the faster you correct/upgrade it, the better.
[live] Screen shot as of 10/04/2010.
It appears that you have no enchants & no gems. Why?
As I said previously, I approve because we are currently recruiting for Cataclysm (trying to be as prepared as possible), I would like for you to have over at least a 5k GS before thinking of joining one of our already put together ICC 10m groups.
We do not have a dedicated druid healer & it would be nice to have one. Group 2 has Djkobe, but he is an alt, he also leads that group. I would like to invite you to be a healer in group 3 (which currently raids only on Saturday from 8-1a), but only after you have passed the 5k GS mark. This will make it fair to the rest of group 3 to not fall behind what they have already accomplished so far. With me healing at your side, you will be ok.

| Even gemming with green quality gems shows that you want to improve your stats, then over time, upgrade 1 at a time to blue quality, then to epic. Green quality gems can be bought from the Auction House for a couple of gold at most & you will only need about 10. And enchanting mats are really all the expensive either, especially if you run a LOT of heroics & get a good chance to get some just running them from green drops (as long as you have an enchanter with you, even winning a green, you can find an enchanter to DE them for you).

| Ahh yes, the Mag'hari Chieftain's Staff. I used that as a resto shaman for a very very long time. Good job on getting some of the items gemmed & upgraded. I would still like to see the following fixed:
1 - Get a meta gem for your head piece. 2 - 2 epic gems for your new weapon, because you'll have it for a very long time & it's worth it. 3 - Grab a head enchant (Arcanum of Blissful Mending, which is 30 spell power/10 Mp5) 4 - Grab a shoulder enchant (Greater Inscription of the Crag, which is 24 spell power/8 Mp5) 5 - Enchant your chest with +10 stats. 6 - Get a belt buckle & another gem for it. 7 - Have a tailor craft you a Brilliant Spellthread (which is spell power/spirit). 8 - Get your boots enchanted with Tuskarr's Vitality (because we do fights that require a lot of movement, the small increase to your movement is needed, unless you are an engineer & you have nitro boots). 9 - Enchant your bracers with Fur Lining - Spell Power. I see that you are a leather worker. 10 - Enchant your gloves with Exceptional Spellpower (+28 spell power). 11 - Enchant your cloak with Greater Speed (+23 haste). 12 - Enchant your new staff with one of the following enchants: Exceptional Spirit (+45 spirit) or Greater Spellpower (+81 spell power).
If I were you, I would use the following gems in sockets & actually go for the socket bonus: red - spell power yellow - spell power/haste blue - spell power/spirit
If you need to check the spec of someone, or see how they are gemming/enchanting, or have any questions, I would ask Summit from Blackblades of Durotar. He has run with us a couple of times & is a very nice person to talk to. I'm sure if you ask him nicely, you can ask questions (if you have any).
It looks like you only have 4 pieces of gear below 245 that I would be worried about, which with a little help from us, we can fix that with a run or two in one of our 10m ICC runs. I think one of the last 10m ICC runs we did, we walked away with 12-14 abyss crystals because nobody needed anything for main spec or off spec. My shaman is a max enchanter & my hunter is a max JC, both with a LOT of recipes. If you need anything enchanted just let me know, or gems cut, just ask, I'll cut them for you for free.
We are still pending an approval from another officer, I will speak to one of them tonight when I log in. Will you be available tonight for a small vent meeting? Do you have vent installed on your computer? Do you have a mic so you can talk? If all goes well, we recently lost a healer in group 3 & I want to reserve that spot for you. Group 3 raids on Saturday night, from 8-1a. We clear to Sindragosa in a little over 2 hours & are still trying to get Sindragosa on farm status. We have successfully downed her a couple of times & have tried Lich King, but always run out of time.
Again, good job on getting a few new upgrades & for doing it so quickly. All it takes to upgrade all your gems to epics, is running a lot of heroics for badges. You can then convert them into heroic badges & grab enough epic gems to get you all set. Odium tries to run everything needed on a daily basis with each other so that it goes smooth.
Tonight I will be on one of the following characters, PM me any time after 5p (server time): Ozztick, Ozztok, Ozzybear

| I also like the fact that you keep checking back a couple times a day regarding updates in your post here, it shows that you are highly interested.
Upgrades are upgrades, if you are brought on board with Odium, we can help you with some of the items needed.
BTW, what time zone do you live in? I would assume the east coast because of you being an Eagles fan (booo!! btw). I'm a Redskin fan!!

| We invited him to the guild a couple of nights ago. This is the druid I was telling you about & was asking you to stick around for the vent interview. Dj happen to be online at the moment & we talked to him in vent & he approved. | |
